Oh Mama bars..great for getting throgh a long labor also and if you have any kind of morning sickness

just cut fruit and veggies are the most energy you can get.
peanuts…i would eat lightly salted…it’s been awhile since i was preg. ask your doc. to check your iron level. mine was just a little low and it kicked my butt !! not so in 1st and 3rd child just the 2nd so i kind of know my stuff. there are several iron supplements if one makes you feel worse don’;t give up and try another.
dried fruits and nuts mix.
Watermelon or grapes have been my fav!
