Love this book.,
This book is the answer to everything I needed in a cookbook. The recipes are easy, very tasty, and they vary so much in flavor and style, I’m never bored. The ingredients are available to me locally; and I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how the use of some very simple herbs and spices can be far more delicious than the standard salt, sugar, and fat some of us are so used to. The women who wrote this book are my heros, thank-you, thank-you.
