Gilbert, AZ (PRWEB) November 14, 2011

Dahn Yoga & Health Centers, Inc., a national leader in health and wellness, is happy to continue offering individuals tips and tricks this November with advice on preventing a cold. Those who suffer from a weakened immune system may also experience the many Dahn Yoga benefits associated with this exercise.

The winter months are often accompanied by a variety of ailments. Due to the plummeting temperatures, it’s important for people to maintain a healthy diet and immerse themselves in Dahn Yoga classes in order to remain in tip-top condition.

One exercise can be completed from a standing position and executed almost anywhere. First, stand with your feet together, bending the knees and tightening the toes. Straighten your lower back and spine and hold the position while breathing slowly. Finally, move to a complete standing position and repeat the process five times.

Those within the Dahn Yoga community often report being able to balance the body and mind after taking part in similar exercises. Other Dahn Yoga benefits include fostering the flow of Ki energy proportionately throughout the body in order to help circulation and improve one’s overall well-being.

About Dahn Yoga: Dahn Yoga is a dynamic mind-body practice originating in Korea. Dahn Yoga classes combine stretching, flowing movement, deep breathing exercises and meditation in a simple and easy to learn format. Dahn Yoga is often taught alongside Tai Chi, QiGong and Meditation classes.

In the United States, Dahn Yoga classes are offered at Dahn Yoga & Health Centers, Inc., a national leader in health and wellness. Dahn Yoga classes are also offered at Body & Brain franchise, affiliate and community-based locations.
