We know today that we are all energy units! Albeit of different levels but energy units we are including buildings, furniture, food, and anything else that you see around you. In solid units such as we are, energy is held together to create matter, don’t ask me to go into the physics know-how, just accept it for what it is. Tons of books out there will tell you about this. I remember over 15 years ago when I was getting ready to leave New York I decided to sell all my heavy material belongings. One of my friends, director of an astrology school, immediately bought my large heavy wood solid antique bookcase (without the books) and was happy to declare with a big smile `Now I will have your energy with me for at least a year!’ hmmmm, I thought at the time, that’s interesting. It came as a surprise to me that he liked my energy that much. He explained that he liked my positive optimistic effervescent life loving nature. I know what he meant because as I go through the life school of hard knocks, I bounce back each time stronger than ever before.

Health, energy, and nutrition have become the primary focus in today’s society. Everywhere you look there are ads for nutritious foods, energy drinks, buys for the health-conscious shopper. But unfortunately, today’s fast paced world leaves very little time for you to devote to yourself, even enough time to exercise. Day to day routines can be so hectic and exhausting; you’re too tired even to think about being active after a hard day of working. Energy drinks are highly popular right now, and the temptation is to pop open a can of energy so you can do more, be even more on the go, get that much more done in a single day. But…energy drinks aren’t really healthy or very good for your nutrition. They are notoriously filled with sugar and caffeine, both things that you body doesn’t need. So where does that leave you?

Montel Williams called it an insidious disease. Richard Pryor passed away with it’s complications, and Michael Wellford, when diagnosed, just said “I’m NOT having it!” Multiple Sclerosis or MS is a slow progressing disorder and then disease that drains it’s owners of energy and then life functioning abilities. Multiple Sclerosis symptoms, like a shadow, are always there, even in remission, and ever present in it’s ultimate progression.

Several years ago, Marilyn M. couldn’t even spell fibromyalgia.

Now she can spell it backwards, sideways and every other way…along with the term `chronic fatigue’. Both became a devastating way of life for her.

Hardly a moment passed without her being aware of the debilitating advance of the disease. Even the smallest activities, such as holding a pen to write, became impossible for her.

Many consider anger a normal human emotion and continue to allow themselves to be seduced by it. I suppose another way of saying that, although it’s not my preference, is that many are “addicted” to anger and “think” that it is of some use in their lives.
